Project cancellations and refund information

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for services provided by Branddesirable. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Our services consist of design consultations, planning, and design documentation. These are professional services that are customized to each client's specific needs and property. As such, standard return policies for physical products do not apply.
Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel a design project after work has begun:
Refunds for design projects are handled on a case-by-case basis:
Design plans, drawings, and documentation are custom-created for your specific project. Once delivered, these documents cannot be returned or refunded. However, we may provide revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
Most design projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur additional fees. Revision policies are detailed in individual service agreements.
If you are dissatisfied with our services:
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
If you request significant changes to the project scope after work has begun, additional fees may apply. Changes to the original project agreement will be documented and require your approval before proceeding.
This policy applies only to services provided directly by Branddesirable. If you engage third-party contractors for implementation, their cancellation and refund policies apply separately.
